Been Busy

Wow... Work in this company is really going downhill. From an original of 7 people in the office, we're down to a count of 3. With me trying to hire a new staff as soon as possible, I still have to cope with leading my department, as well as taking over the Sales department workload. Best of all, my pay still remains the same...:S Sigh

Just came back from a 2 week stint in Bintulu and now this... Well, it's either I do it or I change job.

Feels Weird

Conducted my first interview today. Don't think I did well since I never expect myself to be on the other side of the table conducting interviews...:S In any case, I felt weird.... Didn't know what's expected of me.. (Yeah, u guessed correctly, My company didn't give me an outline or training on this). I managed to find out a little about the interviewees but found myself lacking in finding out whether they are interested/really suitable for the job. They fill the requirements, but will they be comfortable or be able to excel here? Will they be happy working here? I can only try to be as honest with them as possible while meeting the requirement of the company to get in new staffs. Sigh...

What are we doing on this earth?

Anyone out there other than me that has this nagging question as to why are we here? I mean, it's like and endless circle of life and death. You do the same thing day in and out, you hear the same news, you meet the same people. Everything is the same.
